Acceptance and authorized use

By using TSV Tools you accept these terms. Use it lawfully and only with files you own or are authorized to process. Do not interfere with the service or use it to harm others.

Your files and outputs

You remain responsible for source files, the accuracy and suitability of transformations, backups, and how you use downloaded outputs. Review converted or merged data before relying on it.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, limit, or end any part of the service at any time. We may block abusive or unlawful use. The utility is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the site software, design, and original content. These terms do not transfer ownership of your files or grant rights beyond using the service as offered.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including accuracy, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ship It! Software Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Privacy, changes, and governing law

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. We may update these terms, with the date above showing the current version. New Zealand law governs these terms, and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
